Constanza von der Pahlen Receives the Watershed Stewardship Award

Congratulations to Constanza von der Pahlen, our Critical Lands Program Director, for receiving the 2025 Montana Watershed Stewardship Award! This biennial award, presented by the Montana Watershed Coordination Council and the Montana Wetland Council, honors individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment to wetland and watershed conservation, restoration, and education.

Since 2000, Constanza has been a driving force in watershed conservation, leveraging partnerships to create lasting, meaningful impacts. Constanza coordinates the Flathead River to Lake Initiative, a project focused on protecting and restoring critical lands along the North Shore of Flathead Lake and the Flathead River. Her work has forged strong partnerships to achieve lasting watershed benefits.
