Mark Peterson
Mark was raised in the farmland and hardwood forests of southeastern Minnesota. He spent summers on the lakes of northern Minnesota and Wisconsin, canoed in the Boundary Waters area adjacent to the Canadian border and fly fished the limestone streams of southern Minnesota. After graduating from St. Olaf College and the University of Minnesota Medical School, he was trained in anesthesiology in Seattle and practiced anesthesia in Great Falls for thirty-eight years.
Mark and his wife, Annette, moved to Finley Point to be close to everything they love: mountains and hiking, awe-inspiring wilderness areas, Glacier Park, and cool, pristine water. He is looking forward to doing his part to advocate for protecting Flathead Lake and its astounding watershed.
